About Chambal Riverfront Kota

World’s first heritage riverfront is developed on the banks of the Chambal River in the education city Kota (Rajasthan).

This Heritage Chambal River Front constructed in Kota has been developed at a cost of Rs 1442 crores, it has been constructed on both the banks of the Chambal river in a veritably beautiful manner over 6 km. 

Chambal Riverfront, Kota is the first heritage riverfront developed in India. 30 ghats have been constructed on both sides of this Riverfront. All the ghats are prepared on different themes. 

The settlements positioned on the banks of the Chambal River from the Chambal riverfront will get relief from floods, along with trapping 14 dirty drains falling into the Chambal River, the drain water has been filtered through STP, which also purifies Chambal River water. 

9 famous buildings and architecture from different countries of the world have been constructed on the World Heritage Ghat on the Chambal River Front. Just as the Seven Wonders Park has been constructed on the banks of the Kishore Sagar pond, where seven wonders of the country and the world have been constructed, on the same lines, the artwork of nine well-known buildings of the world has been constructed on the World Heritage Ghat of the riverfront. 

These architectures have been constructed one after the other in an area of about 240 meters, in which India’s pride Red Fort, Gopuram Temple, Chinese Pagoda, History Park, West Minster, Varam Temple, Tavy Fountain, Masku and Louvre Museum will be seen. 

The country’s largest Nandi idol has been made here on the banks of the Chambal river, while tourists are also able to see the 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Not only this, the largest statue of Chambal Mata and the world’s largest bell can also be seen by tourists on the Chambal River Front on the banks of Chambal. 

On the west side of the Chambal Riverfront face mask of former Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru has been made. From the backside of this face mask, people can be able to go inside the mask and see the view of the river front through their eyes. On the lines of Vrindavan Garden Barrage Garden has also been developed on the Chambal Riverfront. 

A fountain has also been made here on the concept of Barcelona Fountain. Tourists can enjoy a fountain show with multicolored lights and music. A museum is built in Mukut Mahal where you can view a model of Chambel Riverfront. 

An invisible structure in the posture of yoga is built at the riverfront, it can be visible only when viewed from both sides( right and left) but disappears when viewed from the front. It’s made from stainless steel. 

Apart from this, the country’s first LED garden has also been built here. People coming here can see LED elements instead of real trees, plants, and birds. Zodiac Ghats with different zodiac signs have also been developed in the eastern zone of the riverfront. 

At the eastern zone of the riverfront, Zodiac Ghats have also been developed, which have different zodiac signs.

A beautiful building similar to the Thai Temple has been built on that riverfront. Some small restaurants have also been built here, in which tourists can enjoy Mughlai in the Red Fort building, South in Gopuram building, and Chinese cuisine in the Chinese building.

Here the bravery of Pannadhay Hadi Rani can also be seen, the Hadauti Ghat has been built on the eastern end. A replica of Taragarh Fort, an umbrella of 84 pillars built in the Bundi style, has also been built. A musical zone water park has also been made in the special kids zone for children on the Chambel Riverfront.

Here artists can also be able to give their presentations and people can be able to sit and listen. Along with this, 5 statues of litterateurs have also been installed. There’s a library, in which the visiting tourists can be able to read books. 

There are different types of fountains on the riverfront, while 9 lions have been installed in Singh Ghat with white marble. There’s also a small market on the Chambal river front and boating and cruising are also operated here.
